About the Role Our manufacturing organization has recently gone live with NetSuite! To ensure we maximize our new ERP investment and empower our team, we are seeking a temporary NetSuite Guru / Systems Trainer. In this role, you will be the bridge between our new system and our people. You will design, develop, and deliver targeted training sessions for various departments, ensuring a smooth transition, minimizing operational downtime, and driving user adoption.
Key Responsibilities You will collaborate closely with department heads to build and execute a comprehensive training plan across the following core functional areas:
Operations & Planning:
Train teams on work orders, bill of materials (BOM), demand planning, and production scheduling.
Purchasing:
Educate the procurement team on purchase orders (POs), vendor management, and approval workflows.
Sales & Order Management:
Train sales and customer service teams on sales order entry, pricing matrices, invoicing, and customer records.
Documentation:
Create simple, scannable "cheat sheets," SOPs, and quick-reference guides tailored to our specific manufacturing workflows.
Qualifications & Skills NetSuite Expertise:
Proven, hands-on experience navigating and configuring NetSuite within a manufacturing and distribution environment. (NetSuite Certification is a major plus). The "Teacher"
Mindset:
Exceptional ability to break down complex ERP workflows into digestible, bite-sized concepts for users of all technical skill levels.
Manufacturing Acumen:
A solid understanding of supply chain, standard manufacturing processes, and inventory control.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient, supportive approach to change management.
salary:
$45 - $65 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
