Track key performance indicators, including safety stock levels, raw material shortages, and output metrics.
Maintain and update MRP master data parameters and implement material master changes to optimize inventory.
Determine necessary manpower, equipment, and raw materials while scheduling shifts to meet production demands.
Analyze demand trends to recalculate orders, expedite shipments, and provide status updates in daily management meetings.
