What We are Doing We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Inventory Management and Reporting Specialist. The goal of this role is to manage and analyze data related to aged virtual inventory reconciliation, working closely with Finance, AFO, and all Product Centers to drive business process improvements and optimize inventory management. As a Inventory Management and Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's Digital Transformation initiatives and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. The Work The Inventory Management and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for: Managing and analyzing data related to aged virtual inventory reconciliation, with a focus on accurately tracking materials not accounted for at our inventory warehouse Implementing enhanced Digital Transformation initiatives, including material tracking and development of new processes and uniformed data implementation Collaborating with interdepartmental teams on projects and initiatives, providing support and expertise to drive business process improvements Developing and maintaining effective metrics and reporting programs, practices, and procedures to minimize contract disruptions and optimize inventory management Utilizing Lean tools to update and develop process flow documentation, streamline opportunities, and eliminate non-value-added activities Implementing proper controls for work order management and developing a system to determine work order release schedules per commitments set Optimizing the management of aged virtual inventory through effective tracking and attentive communication skills The selected candidate will regularly work with Business Intelligence tools Who We Are We are a leading organization in our industry, committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations. You will possess:

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a professional logistics role, demonstrating superior organization and manufacturing skills. Prior Inventory Management experience. Experience with leading continuous improvement /Lean efforts and cost reduction initiatives. Requires proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS office applications with the ability to learn new programs that may be job specific. Experience with SAP or a related ERP system
Desired Skills:
Business Intelligence Reporting Bachelors degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management Experience working with an SAP ERP system Strong communication skills

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
