Mobile Care & Response Specialist (Company Vehicle Provided) Westport, CT Full-Time | Guaranteed 40 Hours $20-$22/hour (based on experience) Care. Full Stop. We are hiring a Mobile Care & Response Specialist to play a critical role in supporting our clients and caregivers in real time. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility position for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and takes pride in showing up when it matters most. Compensation & Benefits $20-$22/hour (based on experience) Guaranteed 40 hours per week (consistent, reliable income) Company vehicle provided for daily responsibilities (no personal vehicle required) Mileage reimbursement available if personal vehicle use is needed Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave Paid day off for your birthday Training & Career Development Paid onboarding and hands-on training provided Ongoing professional development, including: CNA-level skills training Dementia and Alzheimer's care training Continued investment in training to meet and exceed industry standards Ongoing support from experienced field and office leadership Opportunities for growth within the company What You'll Do Transportation & Rapid Response Transport caregivers to client homes for urgent or same-day coverage Ensure timely arrivals and efficient routing Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle Caregiver Coverage (Hands-On Care) When needed, you will step in and provide: Personal care (ADLs) Companionship and supervision Light housekeeping and meal preparation Coverage for open shifts due to call-outs or scheduling gaps Operational Support Assist with supply deliveries and document drop-offs/pickups Support light administrative tasks during downtime Schedule & Expectations Full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week Schedule includes 5 working days per week (assigned) 2 rotating days off per week Must be available to work every other weekend Availability required for early mornings, evenings, and occasional same-day coverage needs during scheduled shifts Occasional evening or night coverage may be required based on client needs Schedules are provided in advance whenever possible, with flexibility required to support urgent care needs. Reliability during scheduled shifts is essential to maintain guaranteed hours. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving throughout the day using a company vehicle Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred Strong reliability and punctuality (attendance is critical) Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Why This Role Matters When a caregiver calls out, families are left vulnerable.
