Job Description

Overview Support the buildout of warehouse, supply chain, and logistics operations for a new
GMP CDRMO
facility. This role focuses on standing up systems, processes, and infrastructure rather than routine day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities Assist with warehouse setup:
layout, racking, bin structures, labeling, and material flow mapping.
Support SAP implementation:
master data setup, transaction testing, and documentation of workflows. Help develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for warehouse and logistics processes. Participate in establishing shipping/receiving workflows, cold‑chain procedures, and courier setups.
Contribute to readiness activities:
5S, equipment commissioning, mock runs, and audit preparation. Maintain accurate documentation aligned with GMP and GDP expectations. Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and interest in building systems and processes. Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, startup‑style environment. Basic Excel skills; ERP/SAP exposure is a plus. What You'll Learn How a GMP warehouse is designed and launched.
