Job Description

Stop "just moving boxes" and start managing the flow. Most warehouse jobs are just about speed. This one is about precision. As a Warehouse Associate at Randstad, you are the final checkpoint between our inventory and the customer. We re looking for a specialist who can handle the physical hustle of the dock while mastering the logical transactions behind the scenes. If you re the person who catches the damaged container before it ships, who knows exactly how to kit an order for maximum efficiency, and who takes pride in a dock that runs like clockwork-we want you on the team!
salary:
$16.99 - $17 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM - 5

High SchoolResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment:
Accurately pick, pack, kit, and assemble products to ensure every customer order is perfect.
Dock Operations:
Manage the flow of inventory by efficiently loading and unloading inbound and outbound trailers.
Inventory Accuracy:
Use scanning technology to track inventory moves, ensuring the digital system matches the physical stock.
Team Support & Training:
Help bring new team members up to speed by training them on dock procedures and safety standards.
Problem Solving:
Investigate and resolve scanning errors or inventory discrepancies to keep operations running smoothly.
Quality Control:
Inspect incoming and outgoing containers for damage to maintain our high standards of excellence.
Facility Stewardship:
Take pride in your workspace by maintaining a clean environment and ensuring the facility is secure at the end of each shift.
