Responsibilities for Supply Chain Associate include but are not limited to:

• Support core supply chain functions including inventory management, forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, and assembly
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments and supply chain team members
• Assist with special projects and day-to-day supply chain operations
• Gain hands-on experience through exposure to reporting systems and generalist supply chain tasks
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and ways of working using technology and innovative thinking
• Contribute to team success through effectivemunication, teamwork, and problem-solving
• Analyze data and support decision-making to addressplex supply chain challenges Candidates for Supply Chain Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 12 months (with no more than a 5-month gap in education)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Engineering degree is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with SAP preferred (not required)
• Excellentanizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
• High level of emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to escalate issues when appropriate

Onsite Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Details:
