Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dock Coordinator to oversee the efficient management of incoming and outgoing shipments at Gulf Cable. In this vital role, you will coordinate dock operations, ensure timely loading and unloading of freight, and maintain seamless communication between warehouse teams, carriers, and logistics partners. Your energetic approach will help optimize warehouse distribution processes, support order fulfillment accuracy, and uphold safety standards across the dock area. Duties Coordinate daily dock activities including load and unload schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize delays Manage shipping and receiving processes using management systems Support facility distribution ensuring compliance with safety protocols Collaborate with teams on order fulfillment, shipping documentation, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
