Box 600859 Jacksonville, FL 32260-0859 Logistics Assistant Description A Logistics Assistant (LA) is an entry-level position into freight brokerage. No specific trucking or brokerage experience is necessary. The goal of the position is to assist Logistics Specialists (LS) and is a pathway to becoming an LS. Training will be provided for all needed tasks.
The day-to-day responsibilities are:
Track and Trace Shipments. Enter Shipments into our Transportation Management System (TMS). Other duties as needed.

Based on experience.

Requirements:
Position Qualifications The applicant must: Be organized, very detail oriented, and a multitasker. Be fluent on computers (Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic computer functions). Be able to type. Exhibit good phone skills for contact with customers and carriers. Have strong problem-solving skills.
