APPOINTMENT/TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULER
Job Summary:

As an Appointment/Transportation Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility by scheduling patient appointments and coordinating transportation services. Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments and procedures in a prompt and efficient manner Coordinate transportation services for patients, including wheelchair and stretcher transportation Ensure accurate and timely completion of scheduling and transportation tasks Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and transportation services to ensure seamless coordination Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and transportation services Resolve any scheduling or transportation issues that may arise Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent education/experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Familiarity with healthcare scheduling software and technology Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
