Position Overview The International Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement of goods across domestic and international channels. This role coordinates shipments, ensures compliance with transportation and import/export requirements, and maintains communication with carriers and internal teams. The position operates at the intersection of operations, compliance, and communication to ensure products are delivered on time and without disruption. This role plays a key part in maintaining supply chain efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Book and coordinate LTL shipments, full truckloads, and international container shipments Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors to schedule and track shipments Ensure all shipments meet regulatory and compliance requirements for domestic and international transport Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork Monitor shipment timelines and resolve delays or issues as they arise Coordinate with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to align shipping schedules Track shipping costs and support cost control efforts Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activity
Requirements :
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations Experience booking LTL shipments, truckloads, and/or international freight Understanding of shipping documentation and compliance requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills across internal and external partners
Preferred :
Experience with international shipping, customs, or import/export processes Familiarity with freight carriers, brokers, or logistics platforms Bilingual (English/Spanish) Key Traits Detail-oriented Reliable Strong communicator Able to manage multiple priorities Problem-solver Coachable Why Join This role provides direct involvement in supply chain and logistics operations, including both domestic and international shipping. Pay:
$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
