The Role We're hiring an Admin & Logistics Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our day-to-day fulfillment and client support process. You'll be the person who makes sure every order goes out accurately, every invoice is clean, and every client or account manager who calls in gets a fast, helpful answer. This is a hands-on role — you'll be on your feet picking and packing product, then back at your desk managing invoices and taking calls. No two hours look exactly the same. What You'll Do Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and label customer and distributor orders with precision and care

Shipping & Logistics:

Prepare and ship packages, track shipments, and troubleshoot delivery issues as they arise

Invoicing:

Generate and manage accurate invoices for clients and distributor partners

Order Tracking:

Monitor open orders from start to finish, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Customer & Account Support:

Field inbound calls from clients and account managers, answering questions and resolving issues professionally and promptly

Inventory Support:

Help maintain accurate inventory counts and flag discrepancies or low-stock items

Process Improvement:

Spot inefficiencies in day-to-day workflows and suggest ways to tighten them up What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in an administrative, logistics, warehouse, or customer service role (industry experience in pharma, med spa, healthcare, or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus, but not required) Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear, professional phone and written communication skills Comfortable with basic computer systems (invoicing software, spreadsheets, order management tools — we'll train you on our specific platforms) A reliable, get-it-done attitude — you notice details others miss Ability to stand, lift (up to ~20 lbs), and move around a fulfillment space for parts of the day Must be based in or near Naples, FL and able to work on-site Why Join ReVitaCore Competitive hourly pay: $18
