Job Description

We are seeking a Production Planner, responsible for coordinating and developing production schedules to ensure they are aligned with customer delivery requirements and company goals. Reporting to the Director of Production of MRO Services, Composite, this role involves planning and managing and analyzing production timelines, inventory levels, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency. •

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and production capacity. Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and other relevant departments to allocate resources effectively. Conduct capacity planing to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet scheduled work. Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements. Prepare and present reports on production status, capacity utilization and any potential risks or bottlenecks. Serve as liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth production operations. Track and report on schedule adherence and performance metrics.Qualifications :
High school diploma. Minimum 2+ years of scheduling experience in the aviation industry preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to synthesize considerable and complex data and multitask. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive Manual research abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong project management and leadership skills.
