3 months Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily inventory, logistics, and ERP system activities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. This role is a great fit for an early-career professional who is organized, eager to learn! Responsibilities Process work orders, inventory adjustments, and transfers in ERP system Monitor inventory levels and track shipments Communicate with vendors on order status and delivery timelines Support cycle counts and inventory tracking Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipments Enter invoices and replenishment requests Assist with general operational support as needed Qualifications High school diploma required; college coursework preferred 0-1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or admin support Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and willingness to learn Ability to follow processes and perform basic math Additional Details Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong exposure to supply chain operations and ERP systems Opportunity to build foundational experience in logistics and inventory management
