About the role:

We're looking for a sharp, organized Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll be the person who makes sure the right inventory is in the right place at the right time — and that we're not overpaying a single dollar in freight. This role touches purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and carrier management. If you love spreadsheets, hate stockouts, and know your way around a UPS claim, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do: Run the Make-to-Stock (MTS) replenishment model to maintain optimal finished goods inventory at the warehouse — preventing stockouts while avoiding overstock. Coordinate all Make-to-Order (MTO) custom orders end-to-end new. Manage the full purchase order cycle with international suppliers in Colombia and Mexico — from issuing POs to tracking delivery confirmations and timelines.

Oversee warehouse administrative tasks:

conduct physical inventory counts and ensure adequate stock of packaging materials (boxes, inserts) and hat-care supplies. Manage inventory and operations across all sales channels — ensuring accurate availability and order fulfillment across Direct Wholesale, B2B accounts, and B2B e-commerce platforms, keeping stock levels, order queues, and fulfillment priorities synchronized at all times. Perform weekly UPS freight spend analysis; audit and validate carrier charges against prior months and prior year to catch billing errors and identify savings. Coordinate and quote pallet pickup schedules for both domestic and international shipments, optimizing for cost and delivery timelines. Manage shipping claims with UPS, FedEx, and USPS — open cases, follow up on resolution, and ensure reimbursements are received in a timely manner. What we're looking for: 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or warehouse coordination roles. Comfortable working with inventory systems and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); experience with ERP or WMS software is a plus. Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and USPS carrier portals — including filing and following up on claims. Experience working with international suppliers or managing import/export purchase orders is a strong plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required — our suppliers are in Latin America mainly. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
