- Stay Cool HVAC is one of South Florida's fastest-growing home-comfort companies, and we just landed an exclusive in-store partnership with one of the largest retailers in the country. We're staffing four of the highest-volume stores in Broward and Palm Beach — and we need a strong leader to make sure our in-store lead generators are dialed in, performing, and winning. - . You'll own the front line of how we turn store traffic into booked business. What you'll actually do:
- Get our in-store lead generators set up, trained, and confident in the store
- Make sure every rep knows the playbook cold and is hitting their appointment goals
- Coach attitude, energy, and people skills — and hold the standard
- Track daily/weekly numbers and report what's working
- Step in and lead by example on the floor when needed
- What we're looking for:
- A strong, positive leader people want to follow
- Excellent with people — both shoppers and the team you're coaching
- A track record of getting results, ideally in sales, lead gen, promotions, retail, or team leadership
- Organized, accountable, and obsessed with hitting goals
- HVAC experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll teach you the trade side
