Job Description

Job Title:
Supply Chain Coordinator Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily logistics, inventory management, and customer service operations. This position ensures the accuracy and efficiency of order processing, reporting, and data management to maintain smooth supply chain workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day logistics operations and order fulfillment activities Track shipments and assist with order processing Maintain and update product and item databases Prepare and distribute electronic data exchanges and reports Respond to customer and internal correspondence in a timely manner Assist with inventory control and purchase order creation Provide backup support to the customer service team Participate in cross-functional projects and supply chain initiatives Perform reconciliations and support internal logistics tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business or related fields preferred At least one year of experience in an office or warehouse shipping environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and reporting tools preferred (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Power BI)
Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently Effective communicator, particularly via email Team-oriented with solid interpersonal skills Customer-focused with problem-solving capabilities Able to work efficiently under supervision and manage multiple tasks
