Job Description

Position Summary:
Wholesale distribution company seeking a hands-on Vendor Relations & Inventory Coordinator to support all vendor-related activities within the company. This position serves as the primary administrative liaison with suppliers ensuring accurate receiving, inventory, invoice processing, vendor communications, and purchasing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for vendor communications. Maintain records, bills, pricing, contact information. Work with vendors and management to investigate better pricing/options. Enter and reconcile vendor BOLs, invoices, credits and payment history. Work with leads to maintain accurate inventory for purchasing team to minimize overstock/shrink Purchase warehouse supplies and operational materials Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure product availability Support and work with management in vendor processes
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree 3+ years experience in vendor relations, AP, inventory Strong understanding of data management software, vendor relations, inventory, management and supply chain processes Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Compensation:
