Air Cost Control ("A2C"), a subsidiary of HEICO, a leading global aerospace distribution company, is seeking a Logistics Clerk (Level II) supporting our logistics operations. The role is based in Sunrise, Florida.
MISSION:
The Level II Logistics Clerk independently manages warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy in inventory control and compliance with aerospace standards. This role requires deeper technical knowledge of aerospace electrical components and the ability to mentor junior staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of aerospace electrical parts. Conduct cycle counts and reconciles inventory discrepancies. Support compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, ISO). Train and mentor Level I clerks in warehouse procedures. Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to ensure timely availability of components. Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Works under moderate supervision
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
2+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in aerospace or electronics. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and inventory control practices. Knowledge of aerospace component handling requirements Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and solve routine problems.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and aerospace component handling.
Problem-Solving:
Identifies and resolves routine inventory discrepancies.
Mentorship:
Provides guidance and training to junior clerks.
Accountability:
Works independently with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
