This role will ensure the efficient flow of inbound and outbound products, coordinate scheduling with drivers and customers, and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Order fulfillment Inventory control Operations experience Ad-hoc administrative tasks MBOL and paperwork control Quality control reporting Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments for fresh produce Schedule and dispatch truck drivers for deliveries and pickups Verify and update product inventory levels and warehouse records Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and customers regarding orders, delivery times, and product availability Ensure correct handling, temperature control, and packaging of produce Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and warehouse logs Monitor warehouse workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy Resolve issues related to deliveries, scheduling, product shortages, or logistical delays Support compliance with food safety standards and warehouse procedures Collaborate with operations team to improve processes and reduce errors Qualifications Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or dispatching (preferred) Experience with fresh produce, perishables, or food industry (a plus) Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Computer skills for emails, spreadsheets, and warehouse systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to work on-site Physical Requirements Ability to work inside refrigerated areas when needed Ability to stand and walk within warehouse operations Comfortable working around fresh produce inventory
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
