Job Description
Skills & Experience Vendor Management & Relations Description About Our Client Our client is a pioneer that is redefining what home services look like. Designed exclusively for Florida's most discerning homeowners — those with properties ranging from $700,000 to $10 million and beyond — they deliver a seamlessly managed home services experience built on transparency, proactive care, and absolute professionalism. They represent the highest-level in-home services delivery that traditional providers have yet to imagine. Led by industry veterans whose business acumen and creative solution design set new standards across the industry, they are raising the bar to a whole new level. If the vision for your career is working with the best in the business, demonstrating what exceptional customer service can be and growing your career in a rapidly expanding, and unique market offering, we'd like to discuss what you can do in the Vendor Network Manager role. The Opportunity As they scale membership across Florida, the quality and reliability of the service provider network is the single most important operational pillar of the brand promise. They seek a Vendor Network Manager who understands that the contractors we dispatch are an extension of the brand — and who takes that responsibility personally. This is not a transactional vendor management role. This is a relationship-driven, quality-obsessed position for a professional who thrives at the intersection of operations excellence and white-glove service delivery. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the contractor network: recruiting and credentialing top-tier service providers, negotiating performance-based agreements, managing ongoing quality standards, and ensuring every technician is vetted, professional, and fully prepared to deliver an exceptional experience. What You Will Own Network Development & Recruitment You will identify, recruit, and onboard licensed, insured, and background-checked service contractors across all relevant trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, pool service, and more — ensuring adequate geographic coverage across all Florida markets. You will build a pipeline of preferred providers who meet rigorous standards for professionalism, technical competency, and customer communication. Credentialing & Compliance You will manage all contractor documentation, including licensing verification, insurance certificates, background screening, and participation agreements. You will maintain data integrity within the CRM platform and ensure all providers remain in active compliance with state and local requirements. Performance Management & Quality Assurance You will establish and monitor key performance indicators for each provider in the network, including response time, first-call resolution rate, member satisfaction scores, and cost benchmarks. You will conduct regular performance reviews, deliver structured feedback, and take decisive action when standards are not met — whether through coaching, remediation, or removal from the network. Contract Negotiation & Rate Management You will negotiate service rates and terms with contractors that reflect both market competitiveness and a commitment to premium outcomes. You will maintain a clear view of cost-per-claim data and proactively identify opportunities to optimize network economics without compromising service quality. Member Experience Partnership You will work in close collaboration with their concierge team to resolve escalated service issues, identify recurring provider performance gaps, and ensure that the field experience consistently reflects the brand promise. You are the operational bridge between what the company promises and what members experience. Strategic Network Planning As we grow, you will assess network gaps by trade and geography, develop targeted recruitment plans, and provide leadership with data-driven recommendations on network expansion priorities. What You Bring The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years of progressive experience in vendor management, contractor relations, or network operations within the home warranty, property management, facilities management, or luxury residential services industry. Candidates with three to four years of directly relevant experience who demonstrate exceptional performance and a clear upward trajectory will also be considered. Requirement Detail Industry Background Home warranty, property management, facilities management, luxury residential services, or large-scale HVAC/mechanical services Core Competency Demonstrated success recruiting, credentialing, and managing networks of independent service contractors Negotiation Skills Experience negotiating service agreements and rate structures with trade contractors Data Fluency Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel for performance tracking and reporting Communication Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging both executive stakeholders and field contractors Service Orientation A genuine appreciation for luxury service standards and the expectations of high-net-worth clientele Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted What Sets the Ideal Candidate Apart Beyond the baseline qualifications, we are looking for a professional who brings a distinct perspective to this role. The strongest candidates will have experience working within or alongside a premium or luxury service brand — one where the quality of the service provider directly impacts the reputation of the company. Experience in estate management, high-end property management, or concierge home services is a meaningful differentiator. So is a track record of building vendor relationships grounded in mutual accountability and long-term partnership rather than purely transactional arrangements. What they offer They are a rapidly expanding growth-stage company with the ambition of a startup and the service standards of a five-star hotel. Led by industry veterans with deep knowledge and an outstanding reputation for making things happen, the team is small, intentional, and deeply committed to building something genuinely different in the home warranty space. The Vendor Network Manager is not a back-office role — it is a foundational position that will shape the member experience for thousands of Florida homeowners. The right person will have the opportunity to build the network from the ground up, establish the standards, and grow with the company as we expand statewide and beyond. Compensation & Benefits They offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, reflective of the seniority and strategic importance of this role.
