Job Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory, and more. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily warehouse activities while actively participating in shipping and receiving functions to ensure accurate and timely movement of products. The Warehouse Manager will maintain inventory accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Duties Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory records. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Coordinate warehouse space utilization and product storage strategies. Shipping & Receiving Manage all inbound and outbound shipments. Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and inspect goods for damage. Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier paperwork. Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers and transportation providers. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, and delivery issues. Maintain shipping records and track shipments through completion. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Warehouse management or supervisory experience. Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics coordination. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
