Job Description:
Full Time Days Schedule:
Monday - Friday occasional weekends Hours to be discussed during interview 4-Tens or 4- Eights and half day etc. Must be a licensed
EMT EVOC
can be obtained during orientation Microsoft/ Excel experience preferred Assists with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and equipment repairs for the fleet of ambulances. Maintains and ensures vehicle inspections for cleanliness, stocking, and minor repairs addressing crew concerns. Orders, receives, and distributes supplies/stock to maintain adequate inventory at sites. Monitors supplies and equipment on spare and turn-key units to ensure date codes are not expired. Prepares stand-by units for special events, ensuring they are fully stocked with required supplies and equipment. Provides a daily log on equipment/supply status, keeping the team updated on repairs. Assists with periodic preventive maintenance on ambulance equipment. Performs minor preventive maintenance or repairs to broken or worn equipment. Acts as a liaison with EMS customers and works closely with the team to maintain patient and crew safety. Ensures compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and accrediting bodies' rules. Maintains knowledge of best practice standards in the industry for patient safety and outcomes. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
EMS transport knowledge. [Required] Knowledge of the basic terminology of Emergency Medicine, including names and used of drugs and medications, medical supplies, and medical equipment. [Required] Computer skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite. [Preferred]
Education:
High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:
or GED.
Work Experience:
One year of purchasing, receiving inventory, or warehouse experience. [Preferred]

Pay Range:
