Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

Audio Media Grading (AMG) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage the inbound and outbound movement of customer collectibles throughout the authentication and grading process. This role is critical to maintaining packaging quality, shipping accuracy, chain-of-custody integrity, and overall operational efficiency within a fast-paced collectibles environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and comfortable handling high-value vinyl records, cassette tapes, CDs, memorabilia, and authenticated collectibles with care and precision. Key Responsibilities Prepare, package, and process outbound shipments using Shopify, FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL systems. Verify order accuracy, shipping methods, insurance coverage, tracking information, and international shipping documentation. Safely package graded and authenticated collectibles according to AMG presentation and protection standards. Receive inbound customer shipments to be forwarded to the intake / receiving department. Maintain organized shipping, staging, and inventory areas while supporting overall production flow. Assist with barcode shipping-related troubleshooting. Perform final quality checks to ensure labels, certificates, holograms, and order contents are accurate before shipment. Maintain accurate shipment records and support chain-of-custody tracking procedures. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a production-driven environment. Comfortable using computers, shipping platforms, barcode systems, and inventory software. Ability to safely handle fragile and high-value collectibles. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Prior shipping, warehouse, e-commerce, or collectibles experience preferred. Work Environment This position operates within a fast-paced authentication and grading facility involving both computer-based workflow management and physical packaging/shipping activity. Employees may be required to stand for extended periods, lift boxes, and handle valuable collectible media daily. Performance Expectations The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator is expected to maintain high shipping accuracy, meet daily fulfillment goals, preserve AMG packaging standards, and contribute to an efficient and professional customer experience while protecting the integrity of every collectible processed through AMG.

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
