Full-Time Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain team by managing data entry, documentation, reporting, and day?to?day transactional activities. This role ensures smooth coordination between purchasing, production, inventory, and logistics while maintaining accurate system records and compliance with company procedures. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail?oriented, organized, and looking to grow within supply chain and operations.Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain & Administrative Support Enter and maintain purchase orders, vendor information, pricing, and material data in ERP or inventory systems Process and track purchase orders, confirmations, receipts, and invoices Maintain organized digital and physical supply chain files, ensuring audit ready documentation. Assist with inventory tracking, adjustments, and reconciliation activities 2) Reporting & Communication Generate routine reports related to purchasing, inventory levels, deliveries, and spend Communicate order status and documentation to internal teams (production, quality, finance) Support audits and compliance documentation related to food safety, quality, or supplier requirements 3) Coordination & Process Support Assist Supply Chain Team with daily operational tasks Support vendor onboarding and administrative supplier communications Help identify discrepancies, shortages, and data issues and escalate as needed Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Other tasks as assigned.Qualifications:
Required Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) 1-3 years of administrative, supply chain, logistics, or related experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast?paced environment Preferred Experience in food, beverage, nutraceutical, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Basic understanding of purchasing, inventory, or logistics processes Experience working with vendors or suppliers Core Competencies Accuracy and data integrity Time management and prioritization Professional communication skills Problem?solving mindset Team collaborationEqual Opportunity Employer Statement:
