Logistics & Trade Compliance Analyst manages inbound and outbound international shipment operations, customs documentation, SAP shipment updates, and trade compliance support across parts and serialized goods. Job Requirements Experience processing high-volume import and export shipments Experience maintaining shipment data in SAP Experience coordinating with customs brokers and 4PL providers Experience preparing and reviewing import and export documentation Experience managing inbound shipment operations for serialized units, machinery, and spare parts Experience tracking transit milestones, arrivals, and customs release timelines Experience validating logistics invoices, rates, and service charges Experience generating purchase requisitions for logistics services Experience preparing operational shipment and cycle-time reports Experience maintaining audit-ready shipment files Experience supporting cross-functional logistics and trade operations Preferred Skills Experience with SAP and TMS systems Experience preparing Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, and Certificates of Origin Experience with customs value declarations or Manifestación de Valor submissions in VUCEM Experience supporting inbound customs compliance and release activities Experience working with production, purchasing, sales, marketing, finance, and 4PL teams Experience maintaining logistics dashboards and operational trackers Experience handling shipment exceptions and escalation management Job Responsibilities Process inbound shipments for serialized units, machinery, and spare parts Own spare parts inbound operations Communicate daily with customs brokers and 4PL partners to coordinate customs clearance and release of inbound goods Prepare, review, and organize import documentation for customs submission, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin Coordinate freight pickups across air, sea, and ground transportation Monitor arrival milestones and transit updates to keep shipments on schedule Update inbound and outbound shipment data in SAP, including order information for serialized units Prepare and validate standard export documentation Coordinate outbound shipments in SAP and TMS systems Track departures, transit movements, and customer notifications Record operational incidents and escalate issues beyond defined authority Validate logistics invoices, rates, and service charges Generate purchase requisitions for logistics services and follow up on approvals Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and trackers Prepare operational reports for shipment flow, exceptions, and cycle times Support internal teams with shipment documentation, status updates, and shipment inquiries Prepare and submit Manifestación de Valor documentation in VUCEM for standard inbound operations Gather supporting documentation required for compliant customs declarations Maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready electronic import files Partner with production, purchasing, sales, marketing, finance, and 4PL teams to align logistics activity with operational goals
