Job Description

Are you a supply chain expert who thrives on improving inventory accuracy, streamlining operations, and keeping products moving efficiently? Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Supply Analyst to join a growing team in Fort Valley, Ga. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse management system activitiesMonitor inventory movements, receipts, shipments, manufacturing consumption, and master data maintenanceSupport demand planning and production scheduling to meet customer demandCoordinate purchasing activities for raw materials and componentsImprove logistics processes, transportation efficiency, and freight cost managementLeverage EDI and other technology platforms to streamline operationsPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support business objectivesMaintain accurate SKU, inventory, cost, and bill of material dataDevelop and distribute key performance metrics and operational reportsTrack KPIs including fill rates, inventory levels, OTIF performance, and shipmentsMentor and support operations team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field required10+ years of supply chain, logistics, inventory, or operations experience requiredExperience supporting retail, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer operationsStrong background in inventory management, demand planning, and logisticsExperience with WMS and ERP systems such as SAP, Fishbowl, Luminous, or similar platformsKnowledge of EDI processes and supply chain technologyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skillsProven ability to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support business growth
