1st Shift Key Responsibilities Manage supplier relationships and day-to-day supplier performance Support supply planning and inventory management activities Monitor supplier quality, delivery, and performance metrics Analyze supply chain, inventory, and market data Support contract performance reviews and negotiations Coordinate stakeholder meetings and supply chain activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers Generate reports and maintain planning documentation Support factory operations and material availability Required Skills Supply planning and inventory management Data collection, analysis, and reporting Strong communication and negotiation skills Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Planning and organizational skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Understanding of order fulfillment processes Ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams Preferred Skills Supply management or planning experience Manufacturing environment experience SAP knowledge Material flow and logistics experience Supplier development experience Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint Procurement and sourcing exposure Ideal Background Supply Chain Planner Supply Management Specialist Material Planner Inventory Planner Procurement Analyst Logistics Coordinator Supplier Management Analyst Education Post-Secondary Education preferred Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred IND_
