Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Logistics Associate is responsible for processing orders based on customer purchase orders all the way through to invoicing. They are also responsible for monitoring inventory levels, placing orders to vendors, and communicating with customers and vendors.
Position Responsibilities:
Type up orders based on Customer purchase orders Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages with field managers and Internal Operations Team Invoice orders Order materials needed for jobs Process Returns from the field Pick orders in the warehouse as needed Other duties as assigned by manager.
Position Requirements:
1 year of relevant experience in the warehouse/residential construction industry Work in a high volume, high accuracy data entry environment. Be able to process data and prioritize orders. Ability to work efficiently on all tasks independently or with little assistance. Detail-oriented and strong verbal/written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments. Ability to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner. Strong team mentality - willing to do what it takes in support of the company and team.
