Job Description
Qualified Staffing is hiring a full-time EDI & Logistics Coordinator for a growing consumer products company in Lawrenceville, GA. This role supports shipping and logistics operations for major retail accounts and works closely with warehouse leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time deliveries.
Pay:
$22-$25 per hour, based on experienceSchedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00PM Location:
Lawrenceville, GA 30043RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily shipping operations including scheduling, routing, and carrier coordination
- Prepare and manage shipments to major retail customers while adhering to routing guides, labeling requirements, and compliance standards
- Process and maintain EDI transactions and UCC-128 labels
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure shipment accuracy and on-time delivery
- Monitor carrier performance and resolve shipping and transportation issues
- Maintain shipping documentation and customer compliance records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to shipping efficiency and accuracy while helping identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of EDI, shipping, logistics, or retail compliance experience
- Experience shipping to major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Amazon, Costco, PetSmart, or similar customers
- Strong understanding of routing guides, EDI transactions, UCC-128 labels, and customer compliance requirements
- Experience within consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or retail fulfillment environment
- Ability to operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
- Proficiency with shipping systems, freight coordination, and logistics processes, including UPS, FedEx, and LTL carrier platforms
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish
