Logistics Coordinator

Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless logistics operations and effective customer coordination at our local branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of dynamic operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely coordination and delivery of goods.
• Proactively address and resolve logistical issues or changes as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline communication and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records by entering, tracking, and monitoring activities in the designated systems.
• Adjust daily priorities to meet evolving operational demands and ensure smooth processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Support the stabilization and improvement of logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with shipping, customs, and distribution protocols. Requirements
• Proven experience in logistics, distribution, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP is required.
• Hands-on experience with logistics or operational systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or building materials is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to being a reliable and consistent team member.
