$18•20 per hour depending on experience Position Overview Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Traffic Office Coordinator II for our client. In this vital onsite role, you will serve as a liaison between Schneider and its partners, supporting daily logistics activities and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. You will work hands-on with customers, associates, and external vendors to create and review shipment requests, ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Track, trace, and expedite shipments for timely delivery Quickly resolve transportation and shipping issues Respond to customer calls, providing excellent service Foster positive relationships with customers, team members, and external vendors Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous customer service experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced setting Ability to lift up to 30 lbs If interested in applying, please send resume to Franchesca.
