Job Description

SAP Clerk The Pittsburgh Paint Company United States, Georgia, Oakwood 4261 West White Road (Show on map) May 29, 2026 Description The Pittsburgh Paints Company is looking for a SAP Clerk to join our team! You will support Distribution and Logistics activities across the distribution network to improve service, reduce costs, and maximize use of assets. You will also manage the design and implementation of the warehouse management system (SAP) and the transportation management/freight (OTM) payment system and other distribution and logistics systems. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the daily administration of multitudes of manufacturing(production, maintenance, quality, administrative) tasks in SAP, EPRO, UKG, MicroMain, etc to ensure task oriented tasks are completed on time. Develop processes that improve efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement. Support users with current
WMS:
SAP, and the conversion to SAP. Develop and present user training and process enhancements. Complete distribution analyses, projects that have a potential for increasing operational efficiencies and lowering costs, including network design and inventory strategies. Prepare requests for capital projects and expenditures, obtaining quotes, and purchase order preparation for multiple material handling equipment and operating supplies for the distribution centers. Manage the strategic stock of inventory at the warehouse level ensuring at the storage cubical level and also proper inventory reservation and shelf-life management. Daily involvement in the freight payment processing in the third-party audit and payment system.
Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Operations Planning, Engineering or related discipline preferred. 3+ years' work experience in warehouse management, distribution operations or comparable supply chain logistics work experience. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs daily. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future).
