Logistics Coordinator, Peachtree City, Georgia Logistics Coordinator, Peachtree City, Georgia When you join our team as a Logistics Coordinator , you will plays a key part in ensuring the efficient and reliable movement of products from Interfor's U.S. and Canadian operations to customers across North America. This role is responsible for coordinating truck transportation capacity, supporting order fulfillment and delivery commitments, maintaining freight rates and vendor data, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and transportation partners. In addition to base pay, you'll enjoy: Short-Term Incentive Bonus 3 weeks paid vacation 401(k) and ESPP (employer match) Employer-paid medical and dental coverage What You'll Do Coordinate truck transportation capacity to support order fulfillment and on‑time deliveries, working closely with the Manager, Truck Logistics and transportation partners. Manage freight rates and logistics data , including maintaining rates, vendors, customer ship‑to details, and forecasts within ERP and sales quoting systems. Support internal stakeholders and customers by communicating equipment availability, resolving transportation issues or delays, and providing freight input for sales inquiries. Ensure freight accuracy and efficiency by negotiating rates where required, processing freight payables, resolving billing issues, and supporting quality delivery initiatives. What You Offer Minimum 3 years of truck logistics experience Strong communicator and problem solver with a customer‑focused mindset, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and service providers to resolve issues and deliver solutions Highly organized and analytical, able to manage multiple priorities, work accurately under tight deadlines, and stay detail‑focused in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment Comfortable using TMS, ERP and MS Office Who We Are At Interfor, our culture is built on integrity, respect, and collaboration.
