Entry Level Position Overview:
We are seeking a entry level dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating the movement of goods, processing orders, and providing outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate will be skilled in problem-solving, communication, and multi-tasking while ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilites:
Schedule and coordinate production orders based on customer requirements and manufacturing capacity. Monitor production timelines and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery commitments. Track order status and resolve scheduling conflicts. Provide order status updates and delivery information. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Schedule deliveries and monitor transportation timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Obtain freight quotes and select cost-effective shipping methods. Work closely with production teams and facilities to ensure orders are ready for shipment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset. Customer relationship management. Attention to detail. Data entry. Time management.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position. Office environment in a shop setting. May require occasional overtime during peak shipping periods.
