The ideal candidate has prior experience in shipping, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or business operations and can work independently with minimal supervision. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy, improving systems, and helping support the continued growth of our organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of processes, solving problems, and helping build efficient systems within a growing business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily order fulfillment activities Pull, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Generate shipping labels and maintain accurate shipping records Assist with inventory organization, tracking, and replenishment Manage backorders and communicate updates internally Maintain accurate documentation within QuickBooks and related systems Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Support general operational and logistics needs as assigned Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, warehouse operations, or a related field Experience using QuickBooks, shipping software, inventory systems, or e-commerce fulfillment platforms Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision Previous leadership, supervisory, training, or team coordination experience preferred Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements Comfortable lifting 30-50 pounds and performing physical fulfillment duties as needed Compensation $20.00•25.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated operational expertise.
