SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Proposal, Reports, and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Area Manager with proposal development, reviewing/editing reports, and coordinating project logistics. This position is located in 'Aiea, Hawaii and reports directly to the Hawaii Area Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Submits timely responses to requests for quote. Prepares diving, welding, and nondestructive testing (NDT) proposals with assistance from project personnel. Assists with developing, reviewing, and editing post-job reports to ensure a professional product is presented to the client. Ensures high-quality project submittals are delivered to the client in a timely manner. Coordinates with Area Manager and project personnel to orchestrate the logistics of moving dive teams and requisite equipment to/from jobsites worldwide. Assists with procurement of project-specific materials and supplies. Assembles project binders after award and turn over to project personnel. Assists with technical writing and preparation of project documentation as required. Reviews completed project binders for accuracy and performs documentation audits. Complies with established Phoenix quality management system (QMS) processes and procedures. Performs additional administrative tasking per direction of the Area Manager as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree. Experience can substitute for education. Five or more years of experience estimating job costs in a similar position within the ship repair or diving industry. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent computer skills and expertise using Microsoft (MS) Office software. Proficiency in MS Project. A valid driver's license. Ability to travel.
