Job Description

You will serve as a
JOINT EXERCISE PLANNER & LOGISTICS PROGRAM MANAGER
in the
LOGISTICS & ENGINEERING DIRECTORATE
(J4) of
HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Performing extensive coordination, integration and implementation of exercises; 2) Solving complex multi-national and joint exercise issues using innovative methods; 3) Utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of complex joint exercise processes and systems; 4) Preparing, gathering and analyzing data on a variety of logistics processes and issues; 5) Reviewing, developing, updating and coordinating new policies and procedures to support more effective and efficient operations; 6) Briefing senior leaders, senior personnel and commanders on operations, planning, execution, exercise, training and readiness processes.
