1st Shift Job Summary Coordinate material flow, inventory, and production support across multiple departments Ensure parts availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations Support inventory accuracy, shortage resolution, and production scheduling activities Key Responsibilities Coordinate procurement, expediting, and delivery of materials Process emergency machine-down customer orders Manage drop-in orders for manufactured parts Support factory inventory initiatives (scrap, obsolescence, etc.) Coordinate Initial Service Order (ISO) shipments Resolve inventory discrepancies and material shortages Monitor critical shortage reports and expedite parts as needed Process inbound/outbound material transactions Support engineering change and release processes Audit material replenishment cycles and inventory accuracy Required Skills SAP experience required

experience preferred Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and within a team Initiative and willingness to learn Preferred Experience Material coordination or inventory management Production scheduling and shortage management Shipping, receiving, and logistics operations Manufacturing or supply chain environment Inventory accuracy and audit processes Education Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred Equivalent experience considered IND_

NIT Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
