Job Description

The Project and Logistics Coordinator is an onsite only role that sits at the intersection of our sales, production, purchasing, and warehouse functions. This person maintains continuity of project flow across departments from sales though delivery — screening incoming quote requests, confirming all specification details, documenting production flow, ordering the materials and hardware needed, ensuring inbound and outbound shipments move smoothly, and maintaining inventory. The right candidate is highly organized, comfortable shifting between desk work and the warehouse floor, and enjoys both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes work. Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Customer Communication Review incoming customer quote requests and confirm all necessary information is provided in architectural drawings and specifications Follow up on open quotes and inbound leads to drive conversion Maintain communication with customers throughout order process Production Coordination Maintain and update the production tracking system to ensure order status, timelines, and project details are accurate at all times Coordinate with the production manager to identify scheduling issues early Shipping, Receiving & Logistics Prepare customer deliveries: confirm quantities of all items, bundle hardware Book LTL (less-than-truckload) freight shipments for outbound customer deliveries Receive inbound deliveries, including operation of a forklift Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory of components and hardware Assemble hardware bundles for customer orders Track stock levels, identify reorder points, and prevent shortages Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort moving between office and warehouse settings throughout the day Preferred Qualifications Experience in inside sales, quoting, project coordination, or a similar role in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment Experience booking LTL freight and working with carriers Background in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings Experience operating forklifts Physical Requirements Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. regularly Able to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment when needed
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
