Logistics Coordinator I

The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the logistics and execution of import and export processes for third-party semen and embryos. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment from order receipt through invoicing.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with domestic clients, as well as Production Centers, to manage the shipment of semen and embryos through Alta to international destinations. Oversee inbound product receipt, verifying product integrity, documentation accuracy, and compliance with CFIA. Monitor and optimize supply chain performance metrics, maintaining detailed customer service logs to track order status and resolution. Execute full-cycle order processing, including order receipt, processing, inventory management, export documentation preparation, logistics coordination, and invoicing. Address and resolve transportation, import/export, and customer-related issues efficiently, ensuring seamless operations. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
