New College Grad - New Product Operations (NPO) Supply Planner Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all. The New Product Operations (NPO) Supply Planner will be responsible for direct planning and manufacturing execution support of new products from an early plan phase through production ramp. Team member will partner with collaborators and organizations across a global enterprise that include Supply Chain Operation Leads, Procurement, and various Manufacturing and Product Engineering teams. Come be a part of our team! ## Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to collect NPI demand, ensuring specific requirements are understood and documented
  • Monitor and validate master data completeness and accuracy (individual components and their BOMs)
  • Validate information required to generate an accurate supply response, including yields, cycle time, site loading, capacity boundary conditions, etc
  • Employ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to produce a weekly build plan that meets the business need
  • Confirm manufacturing teams reserve capacity and purchase direct materials to support NPI needs
  • Bring awareness of supply shortages and capacity constraints to appropriate stakeholders. Resolve supply gaps where possible
  • Transfer responsibilities to high-volume planners after product has launched.
  • Help steer development of evolving Strategic Planning job role ##
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or equivalent highly preferred
  • Experience in leading multi-functional teams to successful resolution of complex problems
  • Proficient data analysis, and statistical techniques skills
  • Proven record of managing successful projects ##
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic SQL programming language skill
  • Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead by example in demonstrating Micron values
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, work environment
