We are seeking a Supply Chain Technician 3 to join our McCall Medical Center Team! The Supply Chain Technician 3 is responsible to enhance, enable and drive change in all facets and activities that occur in Supply Chain Operations. What You Can Expect Individual incumbents may be responsible for a general overview or may specialize in one or more of the function areas of Supply Chain Operations listed below:
Fleet Management:
The Fleet Management Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining a System Fleet program. Licensing, registration and insurance notification. Coordinate periodic physical inventories of vehicles in the Fleet System. Establish and monitor proper spend and use of vehicles as well as user training of the System Fleet program.
Receiving:
The Receiving Specialist is responsible for documenting receipt of all supplies and equipment purchased by the medical center. Issue department supply orders from inventory on a daily basis. Receive and return items to and from vendors and load into Lawson system.
Distribution:
The Distribution Specialist is responsible for issuing medical/surgical supplies to all user departments in a prompt and efficient manner. Answer inquiries on product availability. Fill requisitions from stock. Unloads, breaks down, tickets and stocks supplies.
Warehouse:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing and distributing material, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, and color or product code. Maintain the medical center Record Storage Program and fixed asset systems. Under limited supervision is responsible for inventory, issue, pick and deliver supplies and equipment in an accurate and timely manner while meeting supply chain productivity goals.
