Job Summary ATC Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated Production Planner/Scheduler to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery, efficient use of resources, and compliance with aerospace quality and regulatory requirements. The Production Planner/Scheduler identifies and resolves scheduling and material constraints while collaborating closely with Production Supervisors to plan and execute weekly and monthly production throughput. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of assigned work statements to identify trends, risks, and schedule-related issues and proactively drive effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain detailed production scheduling for designated part families. Translate customer demand, forecasts, and delivery requirements into released work orders. Coordinate work orders, routings, BOMs and priorities across operations. Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans as needed to address delays, engineering changes, or capacity constraints. Material Planning Ensure materials are available to support production schedules. Collaborate with Purchasing and Inventory teams to resolve material shortages and lead-time issues. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Program Management to align schedules with engineering releases, quality requirements, and customer requirements. Support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering changes by updating plans and schedules accordingly. Communicate schedule status, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders. Performance. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Track key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance & Documentation Ensure planning and scheduling activities comply with aerospace standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and support internal and external audits as required. Technical Skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay:
