Job Description

Production Administrator Be the heartbeat of our operation. Keep production moving. Deliver for customers. What You'll Do As our Production Administrator, you'll be the coordinator making sure every part of the production stays in sync. From scheduling to customer communication, you'll play a central role in turning orders into finished products on time and on point. If you love organizing moving parts and being the go-to person who knows what's going on, this role is for you. What Your Day Might Look Like Run the Production Engine Manage production schedules that keep everything (and everyone) on track Partner with the workshop, purchasing, and logistics to keep materials and timelines aligned Spot delays before they happen and pivot plans to keep things moving Coordinate witness testing and ensure everything is ready when it needs to be Connect the Dots Bring teams together through organized, efficient production meetings Keep communication flowing between departments Make sure leadership always has a clear view of what's happening on the floor Be the Customer's Inside Champion Act as the main point of contact for customers on order status and delivery timelines Turn questions into answers quickly and confidently Work closely with the team to ensure customers get accurate, timely updates Keep Things Tight Behind the Scenes Maintain clean, accurate production records, reports, and job documentation Manage BOM uploads, job folders, and system documentation Track customer interactions and trends with the quality department to help us continuously improve Drive Visibility & Improvement Create and manage production reports and monthly metrics Share insights with leadership to help improve processes and performance Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team Know the Product Build a strong understanding of our pumps, applications, and capabilities Become a trusted internal resource for production-related questions What Makes You a Great Fit You're highly organized and detail-oriented (you catch what others miss) You're a strong communicator who keeps people aligned and informed You take ownership, when something needs to get done, you make it happen You enjoy being at the center of the action, not on the sidelines Where You'll Work You'll primarily be based in the office, with time spent on the shop floor to stay connected to production. That means occasionally being around moving equipment, noise, and typical manufacturing conditions, nothing you can't handle with proper PPE. Physical Requirements This is an active role, you'll be moving around, engaging with teams, and occasionally navigating the shop floor. Expect a mix of sitting, standing, walking, and the occasional bending or lifting as needed. Why This Role Matters This role is critical to keeping our promises to customers.
