Job Description

Required Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Certification:
Ability to maintain certifications, including:
  • IATA
  • DOT• IMDG• Lithium Battery Shipping (function-specific)
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing customer inquiries and orders (pre-order, order management, and post-order support)
  • Ability to travel 0-15%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in order management or supply chain operations (3+ years preferred)
Job Summary:
  • In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of customer orders—from inquiry through delivery and invoicing—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize delivery performance, streamline logistics, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations, including technical and commercial clarifications such as credit checks, export compliance, delivery timelines, inventory availability, and manufacturing capacity.
  • Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system, confirm delivery dates, and provide order confirmations.
  • Monitor order execution to ensure compliance with agreed delivery dates and quantities; proactively address potential delays.
  • Manage delivery schedules, initiate shipments, and resolve backorders to maintain delivery reliability.
  • Coordinate timely invoicing, perform post-order cost analysis, and support margin accuracy through proper cost tracking and additional charge management.
  • Collaborate with logistics, packaging, and transport teams to design efficient delivery solutions and minimize costs.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless information flow and optimized supply chain performance.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing facilities, including off-site locations, to align production and logistics requirements.
