You will manage demand, supply planning and forecast data for US exports, and coordinate and execute IBP Demand Planning Cycle routines for countries requiring volumes from US. You will compile and synthesize weekly service data to be presented to leadership, ensure export operations are managed in a cost-efficient way, and support logistics in optimization and cost efficiency projects. Demand and Supply Planning Cycle:
Oversee and validate US Exports demand planning book in O9 Ensure affiliate demand routines are aligned with North America IBP Calander Own forecast data validation of shipping locations and discontinued items. Ensuring New intersection forecasts are reviewed monthly and converted to Best Fit to update consensus. Order Process Engage with partners across the organization (supply/materials planning, deployment, warehousing, customer service) to ensure US Exports orders are delivered on time and in full. Serve as a liaison between international importing teams and US domestic teams and act as point of contact for importing BUs for questions related to supply and demand out of the US. Cost Management Ensure production schedule is aligned to order requirements to avoid excess supply and expiration risk. Develop action plans to mitigate waste for export dedicated items. Utilize OMP to review production against open orders and collaborate with supply to mitigate waste creation. Gather and analyze data across US Export logistics to identify areas of opportunity and collaborate on implementing changes to increase load efficiency or ship DPS Recipe for Success

I have years of experience in logistics, demand planning/forecasting, supply planning, or supply chain related areas. I have demonstrated experience with change management: process deployment, stakeholder management, training, and driving measurable KPI improvements. I have effective communication & presentation skills. I have experience with ERP and demand planning tools (e.g. o9, SAP, OMP) and strong analytics skills (Excel; Power BI and SQL a plus). I am proficient in Excel and have general knowledge of other MS Office applications. I am energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, and results oriented.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00
  • $97,300.

Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
