Job Description

Interim Supply Chain Consultant Overview We are seeking an experienced Interim Supply Chain Consultant to support a strategic business initiative focused on operational performance, process improvement, and supply chain effectiveness. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the execution of key initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical, operational, and project leadership experience, with the ability to navigate complex business environments and drive results across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Assess business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall performance. Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Develop recommendations and implementation plans aligned with business objectives. Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to drive project execution and organizational alignment. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions with business leaders and project teams. Track project milestones, risks, and outcomes while providing regular updates to leadership. Support change management and adoption efforts associated with process and operational improvements. Qualifications Experience leading or supporting supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics, or transformation initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Engagement Interim/contract engagement. Duration and scope will vary based on business needs. Hybrid and/or travel requirements may apply depending on project location and stakeholder needs.
