We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Associate to support operations at our Dix, IL Distribution Center. About the Role As a Yard Associate, you will play an important role in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient yard environment. This position will start as a seasonal role (20-30 hours per week) with a primary focus on equipment handling, auto pool cover management, and general yard maintenance. Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position. This is a great entry point for someone looking to grow with a dynamic company in the swimming pool industry. What You ll Do Safely handle and move pool equipment, auto covers, and related materials within the distribution yard. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, including routine upkeep and minor maintenance tasks. Assist with inventory organization and ensure proper storage of equipment and covers. Support the loading and unloading of trucks as needed. Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment. Looking For Education & Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, or general labor role is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications:
