What You'll Do:

Maintain accurate records and coordinate communication with suppliers and internal teams Assist with purchase orders, inventory tracking, and material deliveries Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Load, unload, and move materials using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Support inventory accuracy and maintain a clean, organized storage yard Input and update data, generate reports, and track performance metrics Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and field teams Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus) Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or administrative support roles preferred Telecommunications experience is helpful but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication and ability to work both independently and on a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Forklift experience preferred (training available if needed) Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs regularly Ready to grow your career?
